Where are you located?
All of my sessions are completed online through video conferencing and I am located in the Chicagoland area. My services are available to those across the United States.
What are your hours?
My sessions are held on weekdays and are by appointment. Let me know when you are available, and we’ll find a time that works for both of us.
With what ages do you work?
My coaching services are for adults of all ages.
What are your rates?
I offer a flexible pricing structure with a range of pricing options for packages that vary from $175 to $225 a session based on the number of sessions included. I do not require a minimum number of sessions, as I focus on ensuring progress for clients with each meeting.
Do you take insurance?
I do not take insurance as insurance companies do not consider executive function or ADHD coaching to be medically necessary and usually do not cover this service.
How do I schedule an appointment?
What is your cancellation policy?
I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Once you are on my schedule, that time is reserved just for you. Let me know, prior to 24 hours before your appointment, if you need to reschedule to avoid being charged in full for your appointment.
If you need to change your appointment because of a true emergency, please don’t hesitate to let me know, and we can discuss your specific situation.
What if I'm not ready to work with you one-one-one?
